Dr Freedman is working remotely at present due to the pandemic, so she can effectively and safely treat clients wherever they are in the UK and abroad. Please see below for all rates, including those for remote assessment and therapy:
Prior to assessment and therapy:
After you have first made contact with Dr Freedman, you may be offered an initial telephone consultation of 15 minutes which is to ascertain in brief what your issues are and whether therapy is the best option for you. This will be free of charge. Alternatively you can email some brief details of the issues when you first make an enquiry.
The initial psychological and health asssessment lasts for up to 90 minutes, where you will be asked questions about yourself and the issues you have come to therapy with. This will also include a short health assessment, followed by three brief clinical questionnaires which will look at symptoms of depression, anxiety, and phobia/avoidance.
Rates for the initial assessement and for subsequent sessions, differ according to which method of communication is used.
Face-to-face Assessment: £120.
Subsequent face-to-face sessions will be: £85 per one hour session.
(This is dependent on what type of therapy is required, e.g. Hypnotherapy is charged at £95 per one hour session, other therapeutic approaches will be £85 per one hour session).
Remote Assessment rates for all therapies, inlcuding hypnotherapy:
Assessment via Skype, WhatsApp, FaceTime, Zoom, and VSee: £110
Assessment via telephone: £100.
Subsequent sessions via Skype, WhatsApp, FaceTime, Zoom, or VSee: £75 per one hour session
Subsequent sessions via telephone (mobile or landline): £65 per one hour session
Face-to-face: £150 for a 90 minute initial assessment and £120 per hour for subsequent sessions.
Remote methods: £140 for a 90 minute session, and £110 per hour for subsequent sessions.
Please note that couples therapy is better suited to an in person face-to-face session, but it is possible via video conference, and this may be preferable in the current pandemic.
